MAAIA Studio is an AI assistant platform that integrates with Google services (Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive) to provide:

User Accounts and Eligibility

Eligibility

To use MAAIA Studio, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Google API Integration

MAAIA Studio requires access to your Google services to function properly. By using our Service:

• You authorize MAAIA Studio to access your Gmail, Calendar, and Drive data as specified in our Privacy Policy
• You understand that Google's Terms of Service also apply to the underlying Google services
• You can revoke access permissions at any time through your Google Account settings

Service Data

We retain rights to anonymized, aggregated usage data for service improvement purposes. This data cannot be used to identify individual users or their specific content.

Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

Payment Terms and Billing

Refunds

Refunds may be provided at our discretion for unused portions of prepaid subscriptions, subject to our refund policy and applicable law.

Intellectual Property Rights

MAAIA Studio and its technology, including but not limited to software, algorithms, and user interface, are protected by intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that:

• We retain all rights to the MAAIA Studio platform and technology
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or content
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used to improve the Service

Privacy and Data Protection

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAAIA Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MAAIA Studio and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and revoking Google API permissions.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Extended inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of MAAIA Studio shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
3. Courts of competent jurisdiction in the State of Delaware, United States for any matters not subject to arbitration

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of MAAIA Studio after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
